How do I place an order? Shopping on Shishka project is easy!

1. Be inspired and choose the products you wish to purchase.

Use the search bar to find a specific product or browse by category to find your favorite. For each category, you can use specific navigation filters (specifications, material, style) to better direct the search for the perfect product

2. Configure your product.

Through the drop-down menus on each page set up the product by choosing the features from the list and preview the product in the picture gallery. Some items are equipped with the 3D Viewer. Utilize this feature to explore products in a 360° high-resolution format, allowing you to virtually 'try the product' in augmented reality across different spaces while considering finishes and actual dimensions.

3. ... and add it to your cart

Once you have configured your product, select the quantity you want and click to add directly to your shopping cart.

4. Follow these 3 steps to finalize your order:

Step 1: Enter your billing and shipping information.

Step 2: Ensure all information is correct and proceed to payment.

Step 3: You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after the transaction is completed. This email will indicate the order number necessary to report any issues to our customer service.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay easily and securely with Visa Card, Master Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Are payments secure?

The payment information you enter when ordering (credit card number, security code) are processed through connections that use Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and are not stored in any way on our systems.

I need an invoice. How can I request it?

If you need an invoice, you must request it before concluding the order by providing the necessary data (company name, VAT number). 

We will not be able to issue an invoice after purchase.

When will I receive the product I purchased?

Most of the products on our site are made specifically for you, upon receipt of your order. On each product sheet on Shishka project an estimated delivery date is indicated, which takes into account both product production time and shipping time, depending on the destination given. When paying by bank transfer, to the time of delivery indicated in the order summary email, the payment processing time will be added.

Can I track the shipment of the product?

Upon delivery of the goods to the carrier selected, you will receive an email with shipping details.For deliveries by express courier, you will be provided with the tracking number with which you can track the package. For deliveries by specialized carrier, we will not be able to provide you with a tracking number, but you will be contacted directly by the carrier chosen to agree on the date and time of delivery. I received the product, but it is not to my liking. Can I return it?

If you're not happy with your purchase, you will be able to return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund. Attention: customized and made to order products cannot be returned. You can find more information in our Return& Refund Policy.

I received a damaged product. What should I do? If upon opening of the packaging, the product you purchased is damaged, send an email to storesupport@archiproducts.com within 3 (three) days after delivery, describing accurately the nature of the damage and attaching a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We suggest that you retain the original packaging and delivery document.

We will replace the damaged product as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to offer a monetary refund as an alternative to replacement.You can find more information in the dedicated section.
